As a Manufacturing Support Team Member for Lockheed Martin’s F-35 Moving Line & Final Assembly in Fort Worth, TX, you will play a key role in supporting production operations across a range of manufacturing and business functions. Your expertise will contribute to Lockheed Martin's goal of delivering high-quality aircraft efficiently and on schedule.
What You Will Be Doing• Production Support: Engage in cross-functional activities that support production planning and control, quality management, material management, and process reengineering.• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with self-directed work teams, providing guidance and training in core skill areas to enhance team productivity and cohesion.• Customer Interaction: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address product planning, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions effectively.
