The bilingual HR Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions in both English and Spanish, ensuring that HR services are effectively delivered across a diverse workforce. This role involves supporting recruitment, performance management, training and development, and compliance, all while ensuring clear communication and understanding across language barriers. The bilingual HR Generalist will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, promoting a positive work environment, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to communicate HR policies and procedures effectively in both languages.
salary: $30 - $39 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High School
Responsibilities
HR Projects and Reporting:
Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational restructuring.Analyze HR metrics and generate reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.Compliance and Recordkeeping:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits, as well as any government filings related to employment.Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and operations.Maintain accurate job descriptions and manage internal job postings.
