Escrow Assistant in Denver!
The Assistant Escrow Officer is responsible for establishing new escrow accounts and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.Open new builder escrows in Qualia system, which includes initial entry of contract information, scanning of contract documents into the system for multiple States.Order statements from HOA Management CompaniesOrder and send out title commitments and lender title requestsUpload and process all items received through Qualia Work QueuesPerform administrative and clerical duties to assist in the escrow processAdhere to the rules and regulations of escrow within all operationsQualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.2-4 years of escrow experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsQualia experience a plus!Ability to read and interpret purchase agreementsAbility to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of organizationTeam oriented with the ability to work independentlyOverview
