Job Description:As a Copywriter at Serenity Healthcare, you will craft persuasive and informative copy that resonates with our target audiences. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content across various channels, helping to educate, inspire, and support individuals on their mental health journey. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of mental health, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and approachable way.
Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and proofread copy for various digital and print materials, including blog posts, social media, website content, email campaigns, and patient resources.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support our brand initiatives, increase patient engagement, and raise awareness of our services.Develop engaging content for social media platforms, working closely with the design team to ensure visual and verbal alignment.Write educational articles and resources that help patients understand mental health topics, treatment options, and wellness strategies.Ensure all copy is consistent with Serenity Healthcare's brand voice, values, and tone.Conduct research on mental health trends and topics to inform content development.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in healthcare and mental wellness, and suggest ways to incorporate them into our content.Optimize copy for SEO to improve online visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.2+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing writing samples across various formats.Ability to convey complex mental health concepts in a clear, relatable, and empathetic manner.Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategy.Excellent communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.Familiarity with social media management tools.Basic understanding of design and layout principles.Passion for mental health advocacy.
