Manage single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class litigation cases.Provide clients with advice and representation on a range of labor and employment matters.Engage in comprehensive case management, including document review, discovery, and legal research.Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Collaborate with a team of attorneys in a dynamic, collegial environment.Participate in client meetings, court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.Contribute to preventative counseling and litigation strategies to achieve optimal results for clients.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in labor and employment law.Strong knowledge of California labor laws and employment regulations.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.Proficient in legal research, drafting, and analysis.Strong communication skills for direct client interaction and team collaboration.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.Certifications
Must be licensed to practice law in California.Skills
Proficiency in civil litigation processes, including discovery and motion practice.Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, results-driven mindset.High level of organization and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Job Location
