About this teamThis Sr. Technology Manager role plays a key leadership role leading the delivery of our people data and analytics program, partnering very closely with our people and culture business partners and enterprise. This team is responsible for all people data platforms/technologies and responsible for delivering on our aligned people data analytics roadmap, making data accessible and powering decision making across the enterprise. This is a global team, primarily out of Seattle, WA and Vancouver, Canada.

A day in the life:It’s exciting times at lululemon and we are having a great time delivering value to our guests throughout all of our channels. As the Sr. Technology Manager, People Data and Analytics, you will lead the overall delivery of our people data and analytics technology roadmap as well as ensure our systems are performant for our guests. This is a critical leadership role at lululemon, working very closely with business partners leveraging various methodologies to deliver on the priorities. You will lead world class full stack technology teams and deliver value to our guests in a release often, incremental value environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the technology delivery supporting our people data and analytics roadmap, people data governance and ensuring our people data systems scale and are performant.Partner closely with our business partners and play a key role in product management and waterfall delivery.Lead and develop full stack teams to ensure we are delivering and developing in a scalable way.Have a voice and gain alignment with future state architecture for people data systems. High sense of technical thought leadership.Manage the all up people data and analytics portfolio which includes financial management, risks and dependencies.Have a strong executive presence to assist in aligning the organization.Responsible for global labor strategy for people data and analytics technology investment.Responsible for vendor management relationships and delivery in support of people data and analytics technology initiatives.Delivery on key enterprise initiatives from strategy through execution.Develop and measure clear product KPIs, derive key insights, and devise and execute proof-of-concept executions to learn.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and/or applicable experience in the information technology field.7+ years of experience in Technology.7+ years of experience directly leading, developing people and teams is required.7+ years of experience delivering in the people and culture space with a strong data/analytics background.Demonstrated understanding and thought leadership of analytics storage, instances, integrations, security and reporting.5+ years of experience working with data warehouses and top industry technologies in the analytics space.Demonstrated ability to delivery on business priorities at the enterprise and portfolio level.5+ years’ experience in Portfolio/Program management.5+ years of experience within a functional discipline such as engineering, architecture or program/project management.5+ years’ experience working in an agile environment. Experience providing product management leadership.Demonstrated experience managing $10M+ technology portfolios.Demonstrated experience managing projects using various delivery methodologies including waterfall, agile and Kanban.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism in working collaboratively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.Must haves:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.Additional NotesAuthorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $166,200 - $218,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
