Technology Manager, Data and Analytics, lululemon usa inc, Seattle, WA. Bring end-to-end visibility and predictive analytics to our Global Supply chain & Fulfillment capabilities by leading a BI team including a delivery team of program and project managers, development team of data engineers, visualization engineers (Power BI developers), Data Scientist, QA and test automation engineers. Leverage technologies to enable our business partners with actionable insights and help transform into data driven organizations. Partner with the Enterprise Data platform team and drive adoption of modern data trends and design patterns. Collaborate with managers, C Suite leaders across technology, business, and product teams. Responsible for leading and developing a team who drives overall portfolio strategy for data and analytics, identify and oversee process improvements, manage portfolio health and financials (CapEx, OpEx), leads workforce strategy, planning, hiring, and onboarding, evolve delivery team capabilities and drives decisions around intake, planning (quarterly and interim), and prioritization. Supervise a team responsible for transforming and evolving the Global Supply Chain and Fulfillment data and analytics Technology roadmap, developing and enhancing data and analytics capabilities moving from descriptive reporting to more advanced capabilities, building & evolving Global Supply chain data products and evolving and scaling our self-serve capability for our SSC users.
Telecommuting permitted up to one day per week within same geographic location as assigned office location.
Up to 10% domestic travel required.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Science or related field plus eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in information technology.
Must have 8 years of experience on analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
Must have 5 years of experience with cloud BI technology stacks
Must have 5 years of experience in 5 of the following (which may be gained concurrently):
Amazon EMR, Amazon RDS (Mysql, Postgres, SQL), Data Models, Spark, and Python;Reports/Dashboards using Power BI;Experience in building micro services using Java & Spring Boot;Snowflake;Scala, Airflow, or Kafka;Gitlab and Github;Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Must have 3 years of experience leading in a product-centric delivery environment.
Must have 2 years of experience managing one or more $5+ Million technology delivery portfolios.

In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits Package For Washington Applicants: lululemon's compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $206,725.00 -- $226,725.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
