Join our small and strategic team within the front office as a Product Manager in Digital Markets.
As a Product Manager in Digital Markets CRM, you will work to develop a clear product vision and strategy for the CRM platform while collaborating with internal stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. If you have experience in Markets Client Coverage or working within the Markets Sales COO/Business Management function and are passionate about technology and building transformational products, this is a unique opportunity to deliver a cutting-edge CRM platform tailored for Sales and Research.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the CRM platform, aligning capabilities with Sales and Research needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features, acting as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring product adoption and value realization.
Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
Incorporate user feedback and industry best practices into design enhancements.
Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure success, implementing features that enhance data-driven insights for Sales and Research.
Ensure platform adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in Sales and Research environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Previous experience in a client coverage/Sales COO role, and building products aligned to Sales in the Markets business.
Product Manager experience preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
