What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors
As an IT service technician at OHM Advisors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure. You will bring your knowledge of computer software & hardware to provide technical support to employees. You will also contribute to increase productivity, improve employee satisfaction, and overall business success.
Your Responsibilities:Provide software and hardware support and resolve issues.Prepare and deploy computers and associated peripheral hardware.Manage local inventory of computer assets.Provide occasional after-hours support.As-needed travel to remote offices (within 3-hour drive radius).Requirements:
1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program.Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365.Excellent interpersonal communications skills.Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA and/or Microsoft Certification(s) is a plus.Benefit Summary
