Salary/Hourly Rate:
$26 - $28/hr (depending on experience)
Position Overview:
The Office Manager will be positioned at the front reception desk and act as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. The Office Manager role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
Greet and welcome employees, clients, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanorManage and arrange conference room schedules on calendarsSet up and reset conference rooms as neededHelp plan and coordinate company eventsCoordinate office services including cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and quality checks on food and beveragesMaintain inventory for office supplies and handle ticket requests to PMOPerform various administrative tasksProcess badge requests, reactivations, and deactivationsHandle requests for business cardsArrange internal event cateringQualifications for the Office Manager:
Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in scheduling and coordinating meetings across calendarsAbility to act as a reliable liaison between executives and other stakeholdersHighly professional and polished presentationEducation Requirements:
Associates degree or higher is preferredRelevant experience may be consideredBenefits:
