Skillfully prepare cases for trial, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the legal process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an employment litigator.
Strong academic background and outstanding credentials.
In-depth knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related legislation.
Proven experience in case preparation related to employment matters.
Ability to handle significant responsibilities with minimal detailed guidance.
