This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communication and the Associate Vice President for Continuing Studies. Among the key duties of the position are the following:Provides strategic planning and tactical execution to increase enrollments in and awareness of continuing education (CE) programs and services offered by Rutgers.Supervises staff on marketing initiatives.Plans and implements marketing campaigns for revenue-generating lifelong learning programs; DoCS-managed websites, portals, and pages that promote enrollment in lifelong learning opportunities; program-focused social media marketing; and analytics to gauge the success and cost-effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and activities.Position Status: Full TimeFLSA: ExemptGrade: 07Annual Minimum Salary: 91297.00Annual Mid Range Salary: 115559.00Annual Maximum Salary: 139821.00Standard Hours: 37.50Union Description: Admin Assembly (MPSC)Benefits: Rutgers offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
