The Regional Vice President will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for developing, managing, and closing business across the region. This role will be responsible for running a regional plan, building out the territory, developing Sales Representatives within the region, while implementing a strong sales methodology, working complex enterprise sales cycles, while focused on the Harness software and services.Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targetsDevelop and execute a comprehensive regional planContinually build and grow a robust sales pipelineWork with partners to extend reach & drive adoptionDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsEnsure customer happiness and successHelp to recruit and build East sales teamTravel throughout United StatesAbout You
At least 3 years formal sales experience building and leading high performance sales teamsHigh career trajectory and potentialSomeone with experience in a start-up environmentConsistent overachievement in previous rolesSignificant Enterprise Sales and strategic customer development experienceExperience practicing and implementing a sales methodology, such as MEDDICTrack record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500History of accurate forecasting and business reportingExperience in working with SalesForce and other sales oriented tracking toolsWhat You Will Have at Harness

Chicago / HybridThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $215,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
