As a strategic sourcing procurement manager, you will be a key player in driving impactful procurement strategies across the country.The strategic sourcing procurement manager will be responsible for the following:Develop and execute packaging procurement strategies to support the company's short- and long-term goals, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and external partners.Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiations, re-engineering specifications, and exploring multi-year or single sourcing opportunities.Lead procurement initiatives, including tenders, supplier selection, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and risk management strategies in alignment with business needs.Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement for key categories, ensuring spend management KPIs are met and contracts are in place.Propose innovative projects and solutions to enhance efficiency, revenue, EBITDA, and capital expenditures through value-creating strategies and case studies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experience within procurementExperience in the food and beverage industry preferredDirect procurement experience is desiredBenefits:Competitive compensation packagesUp to 7% matching on 401(k)3 weeks PTOPaid parental leaveCareer advancement opportunitiesHybrid working model
