Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet or exceed rental revenue goals through visits to various customer job sites/officesDevelop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goalsIdentify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needsUnderstand market conditions and competitive environment to maximize pricing opportunityOptimize product and service offerings to diversify customer base and reach additional market segmentsProvide a full range of customized services and solution based options to customersMake formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipmentCoordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customersReport sales activity through use of CRM and other toolsRequirements
3 - 5 years sales experienceExperience within the equipment rental industry, specifically within the pump, power, and climate control market highly desiredSkills
Ability to negotiate with and influence decision makersAbility to sell complex products and customer solutionsAdapts to changing business and customer needsCommunicates professionally and effectivelyDrive results through teamworkSelf-motivated to achieve goals and deliver resultsStrong level of product knowledge specific to Pump, Power, and Climate Control equipmentCompensation Data
