Your Impact & Contributions:

Lead the strategic development and optimization of multi-channel marketing analytics, directly influencing business decisions and customer engagement strategies

Drive innovation in measuring promotional effectiveness across digital channels, resulting in optimized marketing spend and improved ROI

Transform complex pharmaceutical data into actionable insights that shape marketing strategy and enhance customer experience

Build and manage analytics frameworks that evaluate channel performance, customer journey optimization, and content effectiveness

Develop and implement sophisticated modeling approaches including MMX, test-control analysis, and promotional response models

What You Bring to Succeed:

Track record of leading analytics initiatives in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, particularly in measuring and optimizing multi-channel campaigns

Experience analyzing pharmaceutical datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva CRM) to derive meaningful business insights

Proven expertise in statistical analysis and modeling techniques

Strong technical capabilities in R, Python, SQL, and Data Bricks

Background in web analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics

Demonstrated success in developing customer journey and channel affinity models

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MTech, or MPharma) with focus on analytics or related field
