About the Team & RoleWEX is looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to design and implement scalable business solutions, leveraging a variety of Cloud and On Premise technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for both solution design and creation of Contact Center Technology across WEX. You will work with stakeholders across the company to enable business capabilities to support WEX’s growth strategy.How you'll make an impactResponsible for design, configuration, implementation, and support for Genesys Cloud solutions, including:IVR APIs, Lambdas, Data Actions, and other Integrations from Genesys CloudInteraction flows including ACD, IVR routing rules, data tables, flow outcomes, and milestonesMenusDialing lists and rulesQueue builds

Responsible for administration and support of Genesys Cloud solutions.

Collaborate with internal partners to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for call flows, integrations, customized applications, and integrations.

Provide system administration support related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, and custom objects.

Responsible for designing, developing, and testing solutions for projects of moderate to significant complexity.

Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable WEX standards.

Collaborate with the team to identify improvements and upgrades that will reduce cost, improve stability, and increase performance.

Engage with production support staff and remediate chronic and/or critical production support issues.

Experience you'll bring5+ years of experience with designing and developing on Genesys Cloud and Genesys Cloud Architect.

5+ years of hands-on experience developing JavaScript/Node.js, AWS Lambda, and Genesys APIs.

Experience and strong developer skills using JavaScript/Node.js, AWS Lambda, Git, CI/CD, REST, and SOAP API.

Must possess knowledge of computer software applications, operating systems, telephony systems, and hardware.

Ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Genesys Cloud experience including experience with AWS Lambdas, Genesys Data Actions, and Genesys Cloud APIs.

Genesys Cloud certification is a plus.

Knowledge of SIP Protocol implementation and support.

Network administration and support experience.
