OverviewHow You'll Make an ImpactThe Compensation Manager compensation is critical in our compensation process and will report to the Vice President, Compensation. The Compensation Manager will serve as a point of contact for the HR organization and Epsilon leadership regarding elements of Compensation strategy and hands-on implementation of compensation-related initiatives. The Compensation Manager will help design, support and implement compensation programs aligned with Epsilon's performance culture and ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements and are helping to motivate the highest level of performance from our associates. The person in this role will be called upon to support certain project activities such as merit, annual bonus, salary surveys, pay equity, pay transparency, stock administration, etc. Also provides day-to-day support for various business units related to job, wage and salary classification.

What You'll AchievePartner with business owners and finance to create on a variety of compensation projects and initiatives.Support compensation programs such as annual salary review/merit process, variable compensation/commission plans, equity and other compensation programs.Assist in large scale initiatives involving cross-functional teams.Help maintain a compensation structure/philosophy and classifications system, define job levels and families, compile market data and establish pay parameters.Participate in salary surveys, analyze and interpret market data.Assist with special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or company pay equity.Work with HR Business Partners, Finance, HRIS and business owners to implement processes, systems and tools to improve compensation administration, communication and analysis.Help design and facilitate training to educate managers on compensation strategies, practices, and assist in educating on compensation related legal and compliance issues.Consolidate information and produce reports to be used for management decision making.Support communications and change management efforts of Compensation/HR.Ensure proper documentation and audit processes are developed, approved and followed.May help supervise and/or coordinate the work activities of other team members.Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Who You AreWhat you'll bring with you:4-5+ years experience in compensation.Advanced knowledge of Excel required: able to use complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and graphs and charts.Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation.Must be intensely accurate and have acute attention to detail and quality. Accounting-type skills are helpful.Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and team members of all levels, including executives.Able to maintain data integrity through attention to detail and accuracy, prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines, and process, manipulate, and summarize reports.Ability to summarize vast amounts of data and data trends in the form of metrics, PowerPoint, charts, graphs and more.Ability to work in a fast paced, global technology firm and be a team player.Ability to adjust as priorities change.A strong understanding of HRIS systems.Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, project management, decision-making, and time management skills.

Why you might stand out from other talent:Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.Prior compensation experience at a mid-size to large technology corporation (over 500 associates).Knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint is helpful.A broad understanding of the entire Human Resources discipline is helpful.Basic understanding of financial principles and basic business acumen is helpful.
