Critical Care - Lead Adult Clinical Resource Nurse

Responsibilities
Exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic and passionate team of expert clinical nurses that support our mission to deliver exceptional patient care and drive innovation in healthcare. The lead Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operational needs of the CRN team supporting Code Response, Rapid Response, MERT, Sepsis, Difficult Airway, and Stroke Alerts across the hospital. Additional responsibilities include representation at various hospital and interdisciplinary committees, oversight of scheduling, time management, staff performance evaluations, and collaboration with hospital leadership to coordinate resources to manage operational issues. The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor¿s degree in nursing with CCRN specialty certification, and ability to demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and prioritization skills. Applicants must have 3 to 5 years critical care experience. Leadership experience and specialty certification preferred.

**Pay Range**
Pay Range: $42.17- $59.03
_The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job¿s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process._
