Role: Sr System Administrator
Location: Raleigh, NC - Onsite

Our Client needs an excellent desktop support for activities such as troubleshooting, software installs, PC replacements, imaging, equipment inventories, PC maintenance, applying critical updates, documenting tickets, customer onboardings, and off-boardings.
Responsibilites:
Support customers using good customer service skills including the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical customersUtilize moderate knowledge and demonstratable skills of Windows OS & M365 to support our customers & to work with internal teamsImage or provision new equipment hardware & provide to customerUse strong organizational skills to track onboarding & shipping activities based on customer requests.Follow asset management processes to ensure proper customer billingDocument work activities in ServiceNowTesting Intune processes for Tier 3 team & providing feedbackTest upgrades and software changesInstall software following security & internal processesTroubleshoot customer issuesProvide instruction while troubleshooting for remote customersAssist with developing team processes & a knowledge baseBasic understanding of MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, Intune, & Beyond TrustBasic knowledge of Macintosh Apple devices with a willingness to learnWork with vendors on warranty casesCollaborate with internal teams on technical issuesWork on special projects as neededRequired Skills:
Candidates Must have 5 years experience
