The
Technical Support Analyst
will work within the IT operations division and will be responsible for providing technical support across the organization with some limited interaction with the ERP system. This role will assist project planning and provides technical input on design and solution development and implementation. The analyst may be assigned multiple tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:Reconcile and maintain balance sheet and general accountProvide on-site IT support to local user baseAssist in making the assigned project(s) delivered within time and budgetManage multiple and changing priorities dailyCoordinate third party to troubleshoot issuesDescribe and reinforce skills in order to provide exceptional serviceProvide technical assistance, guidance to business partners and work with internal experts and vendors to provide best solution to business needsConfigure, install, monitor and maintain client desktop software and hardware; support mobile workforceTake responsibility for own work and provide support to others in accomplishing their workPerform other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent real-world work experience3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft desktop users in a helpdesk/networking support roleSolid communication skillsOrganized and has efficient time management skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work interdepartmentallyDemonstrate strong customer service attitude and demeanorExercise strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft O365 Suite, Call Center unity desiredDesktop and Laptop security encryption for Mac and PCActive Directory ManagementKnowledge and Experience of VOIPBasic Networking experience (TCIP, LAN/WAN, Network Topology as it relates to desktop support)
