CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking Financial Analysts to support the Defense Intelligence Agency Financial Management Services Division.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Provide analytical and subject matter expertise to the CFO and subordinate officesResearch, review, investigate, reconcile, and clear unpaid obligations and balancesReview, verify, validate, update, track, and process Financial Plans.Coordinate with internal and external customers to develop process improvements, and communicate new processes to stakeholdersUpdate and document current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); implement approved processesRetrieve documents, review for fiscal validity, and communicate necessary to clarifications and/or correctionsAnalyze data and identify solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for processing transactionsManage DIA debt processing and confidential military purchase fund transactionsPerform economic, regulatory, and data analysisDevelop and implement performance measuresIdentify lessons learned to establish trends and resolutions to improve effectiveness.Provide support in completing monthly and annual tasks in support of audit readinessPerform other client- and program-directed duties as assigned
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement.
Expected salary range: $80,000-$100,000.
Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment)Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of timePhysical Demands:

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree //OR// 4 years of relevant professional experienceCurrent, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and CI Poly.Two to four years of professional federal work experience.Possess strong leadership and project management skills.Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.Professional proficiency in English is requiredOutstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
