About the Job
The new Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization is designed to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board, to bring value and excellence in Sanofi's commercial operations across its global organization and in local markets. This will be achieved through process and tool standardization, the removal of barriers between business units, and reduction in capability duplication.
The North America Go-To-Market Capabilities Omnichannel team (NA GTMC OC) will support Sanofi's North American brand marketing teams to execute meaningful, customer centric, agile marketing across all of Sanofi's channels. The team includes end-to-end campaign management capabilities, channel experts, day-to-day operations leads, and a transformation function responsible for the organization and delivery of continuous improvement to marketing operations processes.
The NA GTMC OC team has been created to:Unlock true cross-brand omnichannel marketing capability and integrating innovations that accelerate brand marketing outcomesFree up capacity in marketing teams to focus on brand and content strategyAccelerate and standardize omnichannel operations processesImprove sharing of best practiceClarify accountabilities for day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long term improvement effortsRealize efficiencies and economies of scale across the North America and Global marketing organizationsThe

role works directly with the North America Omnichannel Lead and is accountable for overseeing the long term development of Omnichannel capabilities, including the integration of innovative capabilities, and identifying external partners that can support Sanofi's omnichannel vision.

Main Responsibilities:
Define and drive a program of omnichannel capability innovation, engaging with internal (e.g. digital or global programs) and external (e.g. new vendors) partners to enhance the team's capabilitiesWork with Sanofi colleagues in the design and delivery of large digital projects, ensuring that these align with the North American Omnichannel vision and wider business needsDriving the identification, design, and delivery of omnichannel capabilities across Sanofi in the United States that build towards Sanofi's customer visionWork with analytics colleagues in the team to identify significant pain points and work on identifying and deploying solutionsLead and deliver large cross-functional initiatives, in partnership with the OC Strategy and Comms LeadCollaborating with the Strategy and Comms lead to develop the capability development roadmapReviewing Sanofi's use of external and offshore resources for omnichannel capability, driving efficiency and value for money for Sanofi in the USMonitoring marketing and industry trends, including innovation and regulatory developments, and engaging new external partners where appropriatePartner with global GTMC (Omnichannel and LEX/MEX) and Digital stakeholders to coordinate on capability development plans, combining delivery efforts where appropriateEnsure US capability needs are clearly identified, articulated, and communicated in wider programs of change (e.g. Digital Roadmap, Global capability plans, etc)Support the onboarding and upskilling of North America and offshore colleaguesCollaborate with Global, Brand, Digital, and other counterparts as necessary to deliver on responsibilitiesCollaborate proactively with GTMC OC and other colleagues on improvements to day-to-day marketing operations processesContribute to knowledge sharing and upskilling programsSupport the delivery of key transformation programsDrive excellent working relationships with agency and vendor partnersDrive cultural change through the championing of an agile, customer-oriented mindsetAbout You
