Reporting to the

General Manager,

the

Administrative Assistant

role involves being responsible for performing clerical functions and confidential administrative support, and relieving management of routine administrative activities.

What a typical day looks like:

Coordinates and may prioritize manager's schedule and maintains calendar appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.Manage the General Manager's schedule, coordinating appointments and meetings to optimize time management.Manage credit card orders and receipts, ensuring accurate tracking and submission of expenses on a monthly basis.Prepare and distribute meeting announcements, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.Organize employee appreciation events, including ordering supplies and coordinating logistics.Track training schedules and data, ensuring compliance and timely updates for all employees.Maintain and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and readily available.The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and demands.Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Composed and unflustered in high-pressure situations, maintaining professionalism at all times.Comfortable engaging in frequent interactions with colleagues, clients, and visitors, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.Ability to speak and understand English.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:
