Job Description: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Systems Analyst
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced IAM Systems Analyst to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to support the design and development of IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical IAM expertise, proven experience in requirements analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with vendors.
Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. At this time we can only accept the following: US Citizens, GC EAD, GC Holder, TN VISA.This is a W2 contract, we can't do C2C arrangements.Key Responsibilities:
Technical IAM Expertise:
Utilize a strong background in Identity and Access Management to drive solutions that align with security and compliance standards.Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Elicit, research, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements using various techniques, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, business process modeling, use case analysis, journey mapping, and prototyping.Facilitate Requirements Discussions:
Lead discussions on requirements, present supporting materials, incorporate feedback, and continuously update the product backlog.Vendor Collaboration:
Work closely with vendors to design, develop, and implement new products and platforms.Solution Evaluation:
Assess and recommend alternative solutions and processes as needed.Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and issues, collaborating with project teams for mitigation.Stakeholder Communication:
Provide clear, concise information to internal and external stakeholders through multiple communication channels.Multi-Priority Management:
Balance and manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and in team environments.Qualifications:

At this time we can only accept the following: US Citizens, GC EAD, GC Holder, TN VISA.This is a W2 contract, we can't do C2C arrangements.Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Development Analyst, or related role.Strong knowledge of agile delivery methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and software/system engineering best practices.Financial Services industry experience with an understanding of relevant applications, systems, standards, and trends.Skills:
Proficiency in planning, research, analysis, and problem-solving.Excellent organization and prioritization skills for handling complex projects.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; adept at conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Familiarity with technical IAM systems such as ForgeRock (preferred), Ping, SiteMinder, and RSA.Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Azure Kubernetes/Cloud (preferred).Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Master, Lean Portfolio Management, or other SAFe certifications.Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), DevOps, or Microsoft Azure are advantageous.
