Our client, a Fortune 100 Credit Union, is looking to add a Risk Governance & Frameworks Risk Analyst to join their team in either Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL. You will Collaborate in the development and maturation of our client's Enterprise Risk Framework, Risk Directives Framework, Issues Management Framework, Risk Governance Framework, and Risk Training Strategy to support the growth and maturation of their second line of defense risk management activities.
Hybrid Requirement is 2 days/week onsite (other 3 remote) open to Vienna, VA campus or Pensacola, FL campus.You are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely, at this time we can only accept the following: US Citizens, TN Visa, GC EAD, GC Holders.This is a W2 Contract, we can NOT do C2C arrangementsResponsibilities include:
Collaborate in the development and maturation of our client's Enterprise Risk Framework, Risk Directives Framework, Issues Management Framework, Risk Governance Framework, and Risk Training Strategy to support the growth and maturation of our client's second line of defense risk management activities.Support the development and maintenance of governance processes and documentation in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management FrameworkParticipate in the development of the enterprise risk training strategy and support development of enterprise-wide training to drive awareness and a culture of effective risk managementDevelop program enhancements to identify critical areas to monitor and escalate issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders and governance committeesDevelop enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies and framework to drive consistency in analyzing, reporting, and governing enterprise risksAct as a thought leader working across the enterprise to develop and implement enterprise risk management practices, components, and framework.Use analytical skills to conduct risk process improvement, design & drive process excellence and optimization efforts to mature the programRequirements:
