Our Global Support Center/ Corporate Office is located in the Energy Corridor- off I10 and N Eldridge. Address: 1390 Enclave Pkwy, Houston, TX 77077 Hybrid Role: In-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Work from home on Thursday and Friday.Job Summary:The Global Ethics and Compliance Program Manager shall assist in the implementation and management of ongoing activities and projects relating to Sysco’s Global Ethics & Compliance program. These programs include, but are not limited to, the Ethics Line, investigations, training and communications, anticorruption, third-party compliance, conflicts of interest, gifts & entertainment, policy management , and risk assessments.

Primary Responsibilities:Provide support for developing, updating, and maintaining of Sysco’s Global Ethics & Compliance programs.Assist departments in properly operationalizing

compliance-related activities, measures, and initiatives into Sysco’s business processes .Assist in the development and management of compliance training and communications programs to meet regulatory obligations and Sysco’s expectations as stated in Sysco’s Global Code of Conduct.Conduct and/or assist in compliance risk assessments.Assist with the internal investigations and response to any compliance reviews or investigations by any regulatory bodies.Assist in overseeing

the Ethics and Compliance Hotline, including case assignments, case management, metrics and reporting, and root cause analysis.Prepare reports for the Vice President, Chief Compliance officer and other members of senior management.Education Required:B.A., B.S. or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years’ experience in a relevant field.Experience Required:3-5 years’ experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, internal audit, legal, regulatory affairs, government affairs, and/or finance.Technical Skills and Abilities:Analytical skills, professional acumen, business ethics, thorough understanding of continuous improvement processes, problem solving, respect for confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.Excellent project management abilities including the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines, ability to handle multiple task and special projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with data, metrics, and reports, including report-running on raw data and high-level synopsis and analysis.Language Requirements:EnglishPhysical Demands:Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.Travel Requirements:To be determinedThis position must report to the Houston office 3 days a week.
