Position Responsibilities and Duties:Position cash within all operating banks and reconcile, prepare and distribute daily position dashboard to executive leadership daily.Review and resolve bank transactional imbalances including timely review of payment rejections, returns, and positive pay exceptions.Prepare and initiate all treasury related transfers, achs, and wire payments as needed via bank portal or Kyriba Treasury Workstation.Coordinate approved intercompany transfers and prepare supporting documentation for both Accounts Payable and Accounting.Assist with remaining buildout of Kyriba TMS to support automated bank related entries and cash management reporting distribution.Collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable in providing supporting documentation for bank related payments (i.e. ACH debits, recurring payments, and other Treasury-related payments) to support bank reconciliations and other monthly close tasks.Review monthly bank fees for any cost anomalies and report findings to management to assist with cost effective bank services.Prepare weekly Liquidity Deck materials for cash management slides.Run weekly job cash reports and collaborate with EPC Finance and Accounts Receivable to ensure timely receipt application as well as report any anomalies in net cash position.Maintain the consolidated AP aging weekly used with the treasury cash forecast model and report weekly dashboard for Finance and Accounting leadership.Maintain treasury cash forecast model including scenario analysis as needed.Resolve corporate card inquiries and act as a communication liaison for corporate card usage and expectations including assistance with activating and maintaining monthly card limits as approved.Oversee corporate card fraud resolutions and timely dispute submissions.Assist with issuance of approved corporate card requests.Review monthly corporate card statements and report any anomalies or out of compliance transactions to corporate card holder and/or Certify Team.Backup the Certify Accountant in reviewing and ensuring approved, pending expense reports are compliant with corporate policy.Assist Certify Accountant with creating and onboarding expense users in the Certify Expense portal along with sharing periodic expense management training, as needed.Assist Certify Accounting with modeling and maintaining the Certify accrual reports.Maintain the debt schedules (and renewals) for corporate debt and collaborate with Accounting to ensure monthly interest expense accruals are current.Assist with issuing new debt borrowings and letter of credit as needed.Prepare monthly and quarterly debt payments due and collaborate with lending banks to ensure accurate payment timing.Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

Four-year business/accounting degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience working in a team corporate role.Experience with online integrated accounting systems, data management tools and business software applicationsStrong analytical skills.Advanced Microsoft excel skills.Effective written and verbal English communication skills, including professional telephone and presentation manner.Reliability, dependability and flexibility including confidentiality in handling sensitive data.Ability to organize work and handle multiple projects.Previous corporate treasury or banking experience.Previous bank or payment system administration experience.Previous modeling skills using Microsoft PowerBI.Previous treasury management system experience

$77,592.00 - $96,990.00
