As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in helping streamline daily operations, manage schedules, and facilitate smooth communication across the executive team. Role Overview: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. This onsite role in Los Angeles requires impeccable organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing a range of administrative tasks and maintaining discretion in handling confidential information. Communication & Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling calls, emails, and other correspondence. Prepare and draft responses as needed. Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items to keep the CEO informed and organized. Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed travel itineraries. Administrative Support: Handle a range of administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, presentations, and reports, as well as managing expenses and invoices. Project Management: Assist in coordinating special projects and events, liaising with internal teams and external contacts as needed. Personal Assistance: Support personal tasks and errands for the CEO to help maintain work-life balance. Requirements: Experience: 3+ years as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a C-level executive or in a similar high-demand role. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software. Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles and handle after-hours requests or travel if needed. Education: Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
