Program Analyst
to join our team! The Program Analyst will provide programmatic, administrative, and communications support to Outreach, Transition, and Economic Development (OTED) Transition Assistance Program (TAP) portfolio of projects and teams. This role will specifically focus on providing the necessary program support to their assigned Project Lead(s) for data analytics and research-oriented, high priority projects and TAP programming. The Program Analyst will build and maintain systems, processes, and deliverables that position CATHEXIS to deliver and coordinate the work requested by the client. This role will dedicate a significant amount of time serving as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, which requires synthesizing and translating information, including data analysis and technical terminology, to a variety of audiences, to ensure alignment across workstreams, forward project progression, and operationalization of the client’s current and future goals. The Program Analyst will operationalize projects and tasks often focused on providing data-driven recommendations for TAP process and program improvement and strategic alignment.Responsibilities:Conduct initial triage of incoming requests from internal partners and external clientsManage tasks including but not limited to ad hoc client requests, proactive analyses, and the coordination/triaging of deliverables from multiple sourcesCreate professional-level PowerPoint presentations to convey key points and concepts in a simplified way that gains client buy-in/concurrenceConduct detailed proofreading and editing, supporting projects, ad-hoc client requests and assigned team deliverablesSupport the creation and maintenance of project plans, Gantt charts, Venn diagrams and other visual depictions of project processes and plansSupport the development of policies and standard operating procedures for program standardizationPerform administrative, programmatic, and communications support to the project teamWrite and deliver clear, grammatically correct, and accurate meeting minutes that synthesizes meeting content, attendees, due-outs, and decisionsBuild and maintain systems, processes, and deliverables that position CATHEXIS to deliver and coordinate the work requested by the clientServe as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, which requires synthesizing and translating information to a variety of audiences, to ensure alignment across workstreams, forward project progression, and operationalization of the client’s current and future goalsConduct research and/or oversee the development and delivery of research and experience-based guidance and advice to the client team pertaining to current or proposed projects and programsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)3 or more years of experience performing similar dutiesProven experience operating in a research and data-driven atmosphereProject Management experienceAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ExcelDemonstrated knowledge of AP style guide and ability to edit according to AP Style Guide and published standardsAble to obtain a minimum of NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) for a Veterans Affairs Public Trust ClearanceAvailability to work (primarily remotely) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday-FridaySkills:Strong project management skills to manage tasks effectively and achieve client’s desired end resultsAbility to work with complex, integrated projects that include data analytics, PowerBI dashboards, and various technical componentsAdvanced interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and
