Due to our prime location in the Troy Motor Mall, there is no shortage of customer traffic either walking in on the floor or calling in on the phone. We are also equipped with a fully staffed Business Development Department (BDC) to extend our reach well beyond our local zip codes. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and professional individual to join our growing Sales team!
Prospective candidate qualifications include:
Previous sales/customer experience (a plus)Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skillsSomeone who thrives in a progressive process driven environmentMust be willing to maintain a clean professional appearanceAbility to adapt to the ever-changing sales environment and customer demandsNurture enriching relationships to build clientele for lifeAbility to accurately and efficiently process/sign all legally required paperworkMust be able to multi-task while being detailed orientedLeverage CRM and DMS dealership systemsExhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new vehicles.Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.Qualifications
