The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the brand development between various departments and to ensure alignment and execution of profitable growth strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our client, driving growth, and building a loyal customer base. Relocation assistance available ( Experience in the CPG Food Industry a must ). This position is on site daily and does not offer a remote or hybrid option. Lead the development and execution of brand strategies, transforming consumer insights into impactful actions to enhance brand connection and drive sales. Partner with CPG leadership on new product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs, and work with Sales to support key meetings and promotional efforts. Define and uphold brand voice and image, coordinating closely with Marketing to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Conduct and analyze market research to stay on top of trends, and oversee campaign execution to maximize ROI. Report progress and analytics to senior leadership. Lead the Marketing and Graphics/Art teams, with oversight of R&D and Quality Control. Proven experience developing brand strategies that boost engagement and sales for CPG products. Strong project management and campaign oversight skills. Skilled in leading cross-departmental teams with effective people management. Expertise in analyzing market data, consumer insights, and sales metrics. Demonstrated resourcefulness in independent research and proactive problem-solving. Track record of managing creative challenger brands. Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external partners. Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to travel for customer visits as needed. Ability to work onsite in Rochester, NY. 10 yrs of experience in brand management/marketing within the Food CPG Industry BS in Marketing with a strong preference for an MS
