We are currently seeking an AP Clerk for the New York City office location. This role requires a high energy individual with strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deposit clients' checks
- Code credit cards
- Enter invoices and keep AP Sheet updated daily
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing payroll
- Transferring funds via wires and/or ACH
- Miscellaneous scanning
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an AP Clerk and/or AR Clerk is ideal
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Have terrific communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to problem solve, thinking both creatively and logically
- Able to work in a team environment, as well as individually
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with AgilLink and DF Imaging is a plus
