Are you a skilled phlebotomist with a passion for patient care? Join our team as a Patient Services Representative II and make a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Interaction:
Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and create a positive and reassuring environment.Blood Collection:
Perform accurate and efficient blood draws, including pediatric and geriatric patients.Specimen Processing:
Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory testing, adhering to strict quality control standards.Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry.Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentMedical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferredPhlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collectionsMinimum 2 years of experience in a patient service center environmentExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-callReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseBenefits:
