Distribution Clerk - 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shift - Groveport, OH

Adecco Recruitment Process Outsourcing is proud to partner with EssilorLuxottica, a global eyewear manufacturer, to hire several permanent, full-time, Distribution Clerks (Warehouse Associates) for their location in Groveport, OH. In this role you will be assisting in the full cycle supply chain of the company's product line - receiving, inventory control, stock management, product preparation, and product shipment. Shift options: 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am Weekend shift: Fri/Sat/Sun OR Sat/Sun/Mon., 7:00am-7:00pm This position comes with: A starting pay of $18.70/hr. + shift differentials for 2nd and weekend 1.5x pay for hours over 40 (OT is offered/common) For department KPI performance, you are eligible to receive up to a 6.5% surge in gross pay for that month (1.9-3% is the average) Full benefits beginning the 1st of the month post-hire Anthem health, Aetna dental, free EyeMed vision, FSA & HSA, disability benefits, life insurance & AD&D, critical illness coverage and employee assistance plan 401(k) with up to 5% total company match Paid time off, 2 diversity days, holidays, jury duty, and bereavement time offered.
