Job Title: Production WorkerResponsibilities
Employees will:Operate equipment used for manufacturing and binding of carbon fibersRemove expended spools from the turners and replacing them with full ones.Monitor the machines that bind the carbon fiber with resin, requiring strong attention to detail.Load spools of carbon fiber, which is a physically intensive task.Learn how to perform the final cutting and binding of the finished product.Work at the mixing station where the binding resin is mixed.Lift, turn, bend, reach, pull, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.Perform other tasks during any downtime.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 30lbsAbility to stand for 12-hour shiftsBasic math skillsBasic computer skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsCandidates from food service/restaurant work or retail are preferred, but candidates with any kind of experience will be consideredEmployees must be clean-shaven on their faces in order to wear a respiratorWhy Work Here?
