Corporate Partner or Senior Counsel

A law firm seeks a seasoned attorney based in Massachusetts with 10 to 15 years of corporate law practice to deepen and broaden the capabilities of its department. Duties Represent a diverse array of closely held companies, including founders, executives, and investors. Provide advisory services and general outside counsel. Assist with company formation and restructuring. Requirements 10 to 15 years of experience in a law firm Corporate/Transactional practice. Active Massachusetts law license and strong New England connections. Experience with early-stage companies, private equity, and early-round corporate finance is preferred. Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions, finance, and leasing is a plus. A portable book of business valued at $250,000 or more. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active state bar membership (Massachusetts). Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a preference for three days in the office, based on practice demands. Proven track record of managing client relationships and providing high-quality legal counsel. Hybrid work environment, with flexibility in office attendance.
