Marketing Manager
to lead dynamic marketing initiatives for our on-campus dining programs at the
University of Texas-Dallas.
As a
Marketing Manager , you'll be at the forefront of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies designed to elevate the student experience, increase campus dining engagement, and build strong customer and client satisfaction. Your role will include designing unique events, promotions, and campaigns that capture the spirit of UT-Dallas and make dining on campus an exceptional experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Guides dining locations on campus in the execution of marketing promotions, voluntary meal plan campaigns, catering, and retail sales drivers;Ensures all dining programs on campus adhere to Chartwells residential, retail, and catering brand standards, including brand identity, visual merchandising, and guest experience platforms;Directs all communications & public relations efforts for campus dining programs with daily management of guest feedback, press releases, client & campus presentations, & website maintenance;Leads social & digital media efforts with engaging storytelling;Develops and implements marketing plans and handles the efficiency of these plans;Monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activities and results;Nurtures positive relationships with key campus connections in order to align our program with University initiatives to drive satisfaction & retention;Works in partnership with the campus community to improve campus partnerships and to support awareness of dining programs, including sustainability efforts, programming for nutritional and dietary awareness, residential dining experience, etc;Develops marketing collateral and communications pieces, including brochures, newsletters, programming announcements, promotional guides, etc;And supports new business and retention efforts.
