Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Data & Reporting Analyst & Developer

to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will support our data and reporting needs by creating impactful dashboards, automating reports, and help our business teams unlock valuable insights. You'll work with a range of tools, including Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SAP, to connect the disparate data sources and present findings in a clear, actionable format. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for data analysis, reporting, and a desire to develop skills in SAP and Microsoft Power BI.

Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard Development: Design, develop

and maintain interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to help business teams make data driven decisions.Data Management:

Connect and integrate various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with business owners to understand their reporting needs and provide tailored solutionsData Documentation:

Document all data sources, processes and report definitions to maintain consistency and transparency in reporting. Establish a clear audit trail and reference materials for team members and stakeholders.Reporting Automation:

Create automated reports to streamline data delivery across the team and ensure timely updates to executive leadership.Training & Support:

Provide training to business users on how to utilize dashboards and reports effectively. Develop reporting definitions to ensure a shared understanding of metrics.Basic Qualifications:

1 - 2 years of experience in data analyticsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Power BI with an understanding of basic data visualization principlesStrong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerpointBasic Knowledge of SAP S/4HANAStrong analytical mindset with the ability to connect and synthesize disparate data sources.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for documenting technical information.Self-Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:

Internship or project experience involving Microsoft Power BI, SAP S/4HANA or data analysisMaster's degree in Data ScienceFamiliarity with SQL or other data query languagesExposure to basic automation tools for report deliveryTravel Requirements:

Less than 10% of travel both domestic and abroadWorking Conditions:
