This includes leading cross-functional project teams to research, identify, and develop equipment, processes, and infrastructure to meet our module level validation testing needs. As Micron is on the forefront of memory technology, this team is charged with researching and developing new lab, datacenter, and equipment solutions to maintain our competitive advantage. The equipment and lab spaces we manage enable global Micron teams to support next generation memory technologies.Responsibilities

Manage project timelines for equipment and lab space readiness to align with cross-functional team expectationsDevelop pathfinding strategies that align with validation and product roadmapsDrive highly technical projects around validation and data center lab space equipment, hardware, and facilitationDevelop processes for lab operations and partner with automation teams to maximize operational efficiency and effectivenessMaintain an understanding of Micron products and customer platformsQualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science5+ years of engineering experienceA clear understanding of general lab processes, datacenter infrastructure, servers, test chambers, and other validation testing equipmentHighly effective collaboration and project management skillsExcellent analytical, analysis, and problem-solving skillsAdaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with multifaceted demandsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
