ST | 0 Hrs. OT on an Exempt Contract Contingent Basis located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, supporting a key U.S. Army installation that ensures global readiness and operational excellence.JOB OVERVIEWProvide services and support as a Language and Culture Services Support (Technology Integration Specialist) in the Education and Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as the Department of Army.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESIntegrate digital platforms and tools into training environments.Train staff on the use of digital tools.Provide support for technical issues during training sessions.Desired QualificationsPrior experience in integrating technology within educational settings.Familiar with AV systems and digital tools for training.Education / Experience Requirements / QualificationsBachelor’s in Educational Technology, IT, or relevant field.3+ years in tech integration, preferably in military training contexts.Skills RequiredSkilled in LMS, AV systems, and digital platforms.Strong troubleshooting capabilities.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).Problem-solving and critical thinking in an educational setting.Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners.Leadership and adaptability in a diverse classroom environment.Creative approach to enhancing training with technology.Ancillary Details Of The RoleProvide assistance during technical disruptions in the classroom.Research and propose new technologies to enhance training outcomes.Oversee regular updates and upgrades to software and hardware used in training environments.CORE COMPETENCIESTeamwork - ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant and effectively as a team leader.Leadership - ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives.Business Acumen - understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people.Communication - ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing.Motivation - persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions.Agility - ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or workstreams.Judgment - exercises prudence and insight in the decision-making process while being mindful of other stakeholders and long-term ramifications.Organization - ability to manage projects and actions and prioritize tasks.OTHER REQUIREMENTSUnderstanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.Commitment to work with intelligent, interesting people with diverse backgrounds to solve significant challenges.Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo.Humility - exhibits grace in success and failure while doing meaningful work.Willingness to constantly learn, share, and grow.BENEFITS AND HIGHLIGHTSProSidian invests in employees to help them stay healthy and achieve work-life balance.
