Job Title: Access Control- Sr Technical Support Assistant (System Administrator)
Shift & Timing: 1st Shift (Flexible hours)
Hybrid Role- 3 days Onsite/2 Remote
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension
Description:
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Experience and Education:
May require an associate's degree in a related area and related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area.
May be required 4-6 years’ experience in Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Must have Linux and Window server administration hands-on experience.
Filesystem creation/updation in Linux/Windows OS.
Troubleshoot a network issue in Linux/Windows OS.
User creation, filesystem permission setup/updation in Linux/Windows OS.
Custom Shell, PowerShell script creation/modification for dynamic needs.
Printing process setup, modification and troubleshooting in Linux/Windows OS.
Troubleshooting Linux/Windows issues and providing robust solutions.
