We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. The BA will play a crucial role in ensuring clear and comprehensive business requirements, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, and enabling our product and development teams to deliver business value predictably and consistently.

U.S. CitizenshipUnderstand and proficiently navigate the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.Proactively anticipate and assess the needs of customers and business stakeholders to identify solutions and opportunities.Collaborate closely with product managers, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements.Make independent recommendations and system improvements based on stakeholder feedback and analysis.Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements documentation.Create detailed and accurate tickets for the development team, ensuring clarity and completeness.Conduct meetings with stakeholders to solicit, analyze, and document requirements, obtaining necessary sign-offs.Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine and elaborate on ticket details as required.Conduct walkthroughs with the development team to facilitate smooth handoff and alignment.Support the development team throughout the SDLC stages, including technical design, coding, testing, and implementation.Perform testing to ensure deliverables meet business acceptance criteria.Facilitate stakeholder meetings to provide progress updates, gather feedback, prioritize work, and demonstrate upcoming releases.Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations effectively.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects throughout the entire development cycle.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across business, operations, and technology teams.Previous experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.Proficiency in eliciting requirements and conducting testing.Strong ability to develop and maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and best practices.Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging discussions.Experience with visual modeling, process mapping, and process improvement tools such as Miro, Visio, or Azure DevOps is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
