Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, providing a warm and professional atmosphere.Assist customers in exploring and experiencing the collections, offering product knowledge and guidance.Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable solutions.Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.Collaborate with the team to process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Provide support for showroom events, including new collection launches, designer collaborations, and seasonal sales and promotional activities.Stay up to date with the latest designs, trends, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Assist in managing showroom inventory, including samples and marketing materials, by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment as needed.Identify and reach out to potential clients through targeted outreach, networking events, and trade shows to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.Regularly visit clients at their offices, provide personalized service, address their needs, and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.What You Need
Ability to work both inside (70%) and outside (30%) of the showroom to service customers, including weekends.Previous experience in a showroom/retail sales environment, preferably in the luxury or furniture industry.Passion for outdoor furniture and a keen eye for design aesthetics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.Flexibility

Location: On-Site in Miami, FL.Competitive base salary + commissions and bonuses (OTE: $140k - $160k)Additional performance-based evaluations and recognitions for sales and professional achievements.Schedule: 7 days/week (weekends as necessary). 40 hrs a week in total.Secondary Medical and Dental Insurance offered at a discounted premium (paid by the employee).Career Advancement with a clearly outlined path for development and promotion.Opportunity to visit corporate office/factory in Spain.Generous Paid Time Off.Employee discount program.$140,000 - $160,000 a year
