Compensation range:
Up to $150k base salary depending on experience
Our client is a fast-growing start-up company in the solar energy sector dedicated to revolutionizing the industry. The firm focuses on commercial solar development and asset management, aiming to make solar energy accessible and efficient for businesses, contributing to a greener future.
They’re looking for someone to build out and run the HR function from scratch, including:
Developing systems/processes
Creating and running recruitment processes
Handling HRIS implementation
Managing compensation and benefits
Performance management and employee relations
Managing employee engagement
They’re looking for a strong HR leader/senior Generalist who enjoys a soup-to-nuts role where you take the lead on strategy but also execute. It’s a great opportunity to help shape and develop the business and really make an impact.
Key requirements:
7+ years’ experience within HR
Experience working within a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Experience working in a start-up environment and building out an HR function
Experience with handling nuanced compensation structures
Bachelor’s degree preferred
