Currently, Sanofi has the most robust pipeline and forthcoming product launches in the company’s history. The new GTMC organization is charged with delivering best-in-class capabilities to bring speed and increased value to commercial operations.
Manager, Advanced Analytics - Dermatology, Respiratory, and Gastroenterology
will be responsible for predictive analytics, including use of AI/ML models, to assess and improve promotional effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner and work closely with Brand and Functional heads to understand their business priorities and questions.
Clean, aggregate, and organize data from disparate sources and transfer it to data lakes.
Apply data science techniques, such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and artificial intelligence to generate predictive insights.
Implement data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis enabling micro segmentation.
Coordinate with data management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information.
Create dashboards to synthesize information and enable business decisions.
Help Brand and Media teams translate budget optimization outputs into concrete action plans and recommendations.
Partner with Omnichannel and Brand Analytics leads to validate that Salesforce execution, Marketing and Media data are accurately input into MMM model.
Collaborate with team of Advanced Analytics Analysts in the offshore hub.
About You:
Education Requirements:
BA/BS degree and a scientific degree (either MS/PhD) in quantitative fields or advanced certification in modern data science/machine learning.
Skills and Competencies:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a significant Data/Analytics role.
High proficiency in Marketing Mix fundamentals and modeling techniques.
Advanced analytical skills with programming language proficiency (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, R, VBA).
Experience using analytical and code development platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Jupyter Notebook).
Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong strategic awareness and business acumen.
Strong proven leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and influence decisions.
