Director, CampaignsJob Summary
Leads the Digital Marketing function and directs a multi-discipline management team that is responsible for driving the right audience to Equinix digital properties and converting prospects into the lead funnel through a defined user journey and experience.
Responsibilities
Lead Equinix’s global campaign strategy; building scalable demand generation and customer campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Design and implement account-based marketing programs at scale through digital motions and collaborate with Field Marketing and sales leadership to extend through in-person efforts.
Create programs and initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle, from nurture to activation and adoption to cross-sell and up-sell, including localization.
Oversee the end-to-end execution and delivery of campaigns including audience segmentation, creative development, content distribution and performance tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and use data to refine and optimize campaigns, providing regular performance reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Coach, guide and mentor a global team and manage relationships with agencies and vendors; collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing and Operations teams, as well as cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM growth marketing roles, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns in a B2B technology company; 7-8 years directly managing a global team.
Significant experience developing and leading global, large-scale demand and customer retention programs with experience using a variety of digital marketing channels to drive lead gen and account engagement.
Expert in using analytics to measure campaign performance, extract insights and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and pipeline impact; in-depth knowledge of marketing automation, ABM and CRM platforms with the ability to leverage these tools for segmentation, lead nurturing and campaign execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex campaign strategies and performance reports.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, including product marketing, brand and agencies to align effort with business objects and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Compensation
The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $160,000 to $273,000 per year
California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $153,000 to $261,000 per year
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $139,000 to $237,000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
