The product portfolio will evolve over time as new applications are onboarded and/or legacy applications are decommissioned. This pivotal role bridges multiple business teams and drives innovation at the intersection of business and technology. At onset, this role is not expected to have management responsibilities; however, direct, and matrixed management experience is required. This is not a technical position. Significant and relevant financial services experience (public or private markets), with experience in client-facing roles across Institutional and/or Wealth channels is desired.The ideal candidate is/has:Proven success in defining, building, and improving technology capabilities to meet business needsStrong working knowledge of Seismic and Salesforce, experience with Appian and Loopio beneficialSkilled in establishing relationships and collaborating with diverse collaborators, team-player, and ability to lead and influenceAbility to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate across all levels within the organizationAdept at driving technology implementation from a business perspectiveAn excellent communicator who can convey complex concepts clearly and effectivelyFamiliarity with agile principles (non-technical position)What you will do (Key Responsibilities):Design and implement the vision and strategy for key Client Experience applications to drive efficiencies and a superior client experienceServe as the point of contact for business demand management, making decisions on prioritization and backlog, and tradeoffs when appropriateBuild, maintain, and champion a detailed and comprehensive product roadmap, fostering alignment across Client Experience, IT, and key partnersCoordinate internal communications and support Organizational Change within Client Experience to keep collaborators informed and engagedEstablish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the benefits and success of the productPartner closely with product owners to ensure successful user acceptance and QA testing to minimize riskEstablish clear roles and responsibilities across teams to drive clear expectations and accountabilityLeverage data and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvementEducation Preferred:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience:10+ Years of relevant client-focused experience within Financial Services and proven experience in leading technology implementationStrong knowledge of institutional and wealth channels (globally), preferred#LI-Hybrid
