HVAC Service ManagerAirCo
is a leading provider of heating and air conditioning solutions for Fort Worth and surrounding area. We are currently looking for a Service Manager for our residential department. This is an exciting role where you can leverage your current skills in building strong programs, processes, and teams to increase the overall profitability of the company. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years' of service management experience working with a $5M dollar company, be proficient in reading and analyzing business reports then translating that information into opportunities for improvement, and have solid leadership skills which includes building the skills set of subordinates through coaching and mentoring.Primary Job Function:
To manage the service operations of the company. This includes overseeing a team of technicians, the daily dispatching, coaching, motivating of all needed efficiencies of the technicians and overall department. Other duties include improving customer relations, reviewing all billing, directing warranty claims, monthly meetings with the other managers in respect to department needs. Responsible for making sure all service techs are properly trained through lead tech program. The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth.Work Hours:
7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, some weeknights and weekendsQualifications:3+ years' experience as a Service Manager. Experience in a similar industry preferredAbility to read financial reports and translate data into actionable items to achieve company growth and profitabilityComputer proficient in Word, Excel, OutlookExperience in managing, coaching, and developing employeesValid driver's license and insurable driving recordFamiliarity with directing warranty claimsCompetencies:Time ManagementDecision Making/Problem SolvingCommunicationGuiding and Developing Staff
