Flynn Group of Companies is excited to be looking for a Service Manager (Commercial Roofing) in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Tx area! This position will be responsible to build and expand the Flynn brand in this growing, dynamic market. Responsibilities

• Build and expand the Flynn brand within the local market!

• Build relationships and partnerships with local customers

• Attend networking events and customer meetings

• Oversee financials and budgets and manage workflow of invoicing/accounts receivables

• Quotes for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades

• Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews

• Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site

• Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution

• Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites

Requirements

5-7 years' experience in a Construction environment; Service Roofing experience required.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business

Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills

Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
